Tanya K. Lambert LLB (HONS) U.W.I. LL.M. (IMLI)
Ms. Tanya K. Lambert is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Laws, the Hugh Wooding Law School with a Legal Education Certificate and the IMO International Maritime Law Institute (Malta) with a Master of Laws in International Maritime Law.
Ms. Lambert was admitted to the Grenada Bar in 2009. Ms. Lambert’s areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Property Law, Family Law, Administration of Estate, with specialization in Public International Law and Maritime Law, Laws of the Sea and Ship Financing.
Ms. Lambert is also a Notary Public for the State of Grenada. During her academic tenure at the IMO International Maritime Law Institute (Malta), Ms. Lambert was the recipient of the Maltese Government prize for the best performance in the Law of the Sea 2012.
Ms. Lambert has a keen interest in Law of the Sea and Shipping Law especially in the area of ship finance. In her private life Ms. Lambert engages in community development, book collecting and reading.
Rosana John LL.B. (HONS.) U. W. I.
Ms. Rosana John is the holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree (Hons) (First Class) from the University of the West Indies and earned her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School, where she graduated on the Principal’s Roll of Honour. Ms. John was admitted to the Grenada Bar in 2014.
Ms. John is an avid debater and advocate and during her academic tenure represented her respective institutions of learning at the Washington College of Law Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition in Washington DC and the Price Media Law Moot Court Competition in New York City and Oxford University.
Ms. John’s areas of practice are consistently expanding and currently include Civil Litigation, Conveyancing, Banking law and Administration of Estates. Ms. John is bilingual in English and Spanish. In her private life Ms. John is involved in community outreach through the Rotaract Club of Grenada and enjoys reading, hiking and travelling.
Anderson Andall LL.B. (Hons.) University of East London School of Law
Anderson Andall attended the Grenada Boys Secondary School and the T.A Marryshow Community College where he graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Social Science and 8 A ‘Levels in 2009. He subsequently attended and gained his Legal Qualifications at the University of East London School of Law, where he graduated in 2013 with an LL.B. (Hons.) degree and then attended the BPP Law School (London) thereafter.
Anderson Andall’s ever expanding areas of specialization include Corporate Finance and other Corporate matters, Intellectual Property, Administration of Estates, Employment and Company Law.
Mr. Andall also has specialist interest in Alternate Dispute Resolution and is an internationally qualified Civil/Commercial Mediator and a fully certified ADR Group Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator listed on the ADRg’s group of Certified Mediators.
Dylan J. Charles LL.B. (Hons.) U.W.I
Dylan J Charles attended secondary school at Presentation Brothers College and in 2010 began his legal studies at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus (“UWI”) where he graduated in 2013 with an LL.B. (Hons.) degree. During his time at UWI he played an active role in several associations at the University, showcasing group co-operation and leadership qualities.
In 2014 Dylan interned at Grant Joseph & Co gaining experience in Civil Litigation, Conveyancing, Probate, Employment Law, Family Law, Corporate Law and Intellectual Property.
In 2013 Dylan continued on to the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago where he obtained a Legal Education Certificate as well as completing a course in Mediation Training. Dylan’s areas of focus would include the above-mentioned areas along with, Corporate Finance, Corporate Management and Company Law.
